Client Testimonials

  • "I started working with Jennifer to help me figure out where I wanted to focus on in my career. She sat down with me and helped me get organized and explore all of my options. She is a great listener, but more importantly, she is able to ask the right questions. She didn’t shy away from the tough questions—the ones that I was avoiding because I didn’t know how to answer them. She implicitly understood where to provide support and direction, and when to push me outside of my comfort zone so that I could grow. What I especially enjoyed was that she employs a variety of techniques to support her clients and that she, too, embraces learning and growth with her clients! And the somatic coaching was really something! I highly recommend Jennifer!"

  • “Jennifer is a very compassionate and attentive coach who really connects with her clients and makes them feel understood and supported. I started working with Jennifer to help me advance my career and in my personal life. She really helped me find positive ways forward and I always left my coaching sessions feeling inspired to take action! She validated my experiences and feelings and genuinely celebrated my self-discoveries. She really helped me reframe my thoughts so that I could focus and be more confident and creative in finding my own solutions. She was able to help me generate my own ideas and recognize my strengths, even when I felt stuck. Jennifer is a truly empathetic, attentive and authentic person. You can tell she is invested in her clients’ success and really cares.”

  • “Jennifer is an enthusiastic coach, and the process of working with her was both effective and empowering. Shortly after working with her, I took some small but important steps (professionally) that were aligned with my values, and I soon realized that acting in line with my values will always serve me best. This has been a valuable lesson, particularly for someone who grew up a people-pleaser. I’m so grateful for her time and energy!”

  • "There are often multiple avenues leading to our desired destination. My journey with Jennifer's career coaching created the space and opportunity to explore these diverse paths, a choice I'm genuinely grateful for. Jennifer's kind, thoughtful, and patient approach not only made discussing my career aspirations attainable, but also taught me the importance of celebrating every victory, no matter how small."

Our regular meetings helped me set aside time to get clarity on my struggles and goals which I usually would have put off doing.”

FAQS

    • I work with leaders at all levels, including high-performing young adults. My clients are often navigating career transitions, managing burnout, planning for growth or looking to reconnect with their values to lead with greater clarity and purpose.

    • My approach is trauma-informed, somatic, and values-based. I combine real-world leadership experience from both public and private sectors with proven coaching methods to create a supportive yet results-driven space for growth.

    • Not at all. While many of my clients are in leadership roles, I believe leadership happens at every level. I work with individuals who are ready to invest in themselves, whether they are just starting out, advancing mid-career, or exploring new directions.

    • Each session is tailored to your goals. We may explore values, regulate stress, work through transitions, or develop communication and leadership strategies. Sessions are a mix of reflection, dialogue, and practical tools you can immediately apply.

    • Research reported by the ICF and PwC indicates that organizations realize an average Return on Investment (ROI) of seven times (7x) the initial cost of employing a coach. This statistic demonstrates that professional coaching is a high-value business strategy, not just an employee benefit.

    • That depends on your goals. Some clients find clarity in just a few sessions, while others choose longer-term support for sustained change. We’ll discuss what’s right for you during your discovery call.

    • Yes, most coaching is offered virtually, making it accessible no matter where you are located.

    • Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. While therapy often explores past experiences and mental health treatment, coaching focuses on where you are now, where you want to go, and how to get there. If I feel therapy would be more appropriate, I will always recommend seeking the right support.

    • If you feel stuck, burned out, or unsure of your next step, coaching can help you gain clarity, realign with your values, and move forward with purpose. A discovery call is the best way to explore whether we’re a fit.

    • Yes. ICF research indicates that 86% of organizations that engage in coaching report a positive Return on Investment (ROI) on their programs. This high success rate confirms that coaching directly contributes to measurable improvements in both individual performance and overall organizational success.
